Privacy

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Newsletter: your email address.
• Submit an Event: event details plus your name, email, and optionally your role and phone number. Event details are published on Live Sports after review; your contact details are never published.
• Sponsorship requests: team details, a team photo, and names, emails and phone numbers for two team contacts.

Your Locker and your last Live Sports location are saved in your own browser, not on our servers. If you share your Locker, we store only the list of products in it to create the link.

When you search Live Sports by ZIP code, city, or "Use my location", that location is sent to OpenStreetMap's free location service (Nominatim) to find nearby events. We don't store it on our servers.

Only to run Mirror Girl Sports: sending the newsletter, reviewing event submissions and sponsorship requests, and contacting you about them. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Supabase (our database and file storage) and Vercel (our web host, which keeps standard server logs such as IP addresses) store data on our behalf.

Ticket links take you to the seller's own website (for example Ticketmaster or AXS), where their privacy policies apply. Some ticket links may be affiliate links, which may let the seller know you came from Mirror Girl Sports.

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or for as long as needed to handle your submission or request.

Our forms are meant for adults, parents and team organizers. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

To unsubscribe, or to see, correct or delete your information, email info@mirrorgirlsports.com.
