Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Mirror Girl Sports website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Mirror Girl Sports may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Mirror Girl Sports is a product discovery and aggregation platform. We curate and display sporting equipment and apparel from third-party vendors and manufacturers ("Vendors"), organized by sport, category, and age group (women's and youth).

Mirror Girl Sports does not sell, manufacture, ship, or fulfill any products directly. All product purchases are completed on the Vendor's own website, subject to that Vendor's own terms of sale, pricing, availability, shipping, returns, and privacy practices. Mirror Girl Sports is not a party to any transaction between you and a Vendor.

Product information displayed on the Site (including but not limited to pricing, availability, images, descriptions, and sizing) is sourced from Vendor websites and is refreshed on a regular but not continuous basis. This information may be out of date, inaccurate, or no longer reflect the Vendor's current offering at the time you visit the Vendor's site.

Mirror Girl Sports makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any product information displayed. Always confirm price, availability, sizing, and specifications on the Vendor's own website before completing a purchase.

Mirror Girl Sports may participate in affiliate marketing programs with some Vendors. This means Mirror Girl Sports may earn a commission when you click through to a Vendor's site and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. This does not influence which products are displayed or how they are curated.

The "Locker" feature allows you to save products you're interested in for easy reference and to visit multiple Vendor sites more efficiently. Locker contents are stored locally in your browser and are not saved to a Mirror Girl Sports account (no account is required to use this feature). Clearing your browser data, switching devices, or using a different browser will result in loss of your Locker contents.

If you use the "Share My Locker" feature, a snapshot of your Locker's contents at that moment is stored and made accessible via a unique link. Shared links expire six (6) months after creation. Products that are no longer available on the Site will not appear in a shared Locker view, even if they were included at the time the link was created. Mirror Girl Sports is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or continued availability of any shared link.

Mirror Girl Sports offers a sponsorship submission program for women's and girls' sports teams based in the United States. Submitting a sponsorship request does not guarantee sponsorship, a response, or any form of compensation, product, or funding.

By submitting a sponsorship request, you represent that:

• You are authorized to submit this request on behalf of the team named in the submission;
• The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• Any photo(s) submitted are either owned by you/the team or you have the right to submit them for this purpose;
• You are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or otherwise a coach, guardian, or authorized team representative submitting on behalf of youth athletes (this form is not intended for use by minors submitting on their own behalf).

Mirror Girl Sports reserves the right to use submitted team names, photos, and descriptions in connection with promoting the sponsorship program (e.g., announcing selected teams), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or republish the Site's curated content or database in bulk;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality, servers, or networks;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site, including the Sponsorship submission form.

The Mirror Girl Sports name, logo, site design, curation, and original written content are the property of Mirror Girl Sports and may not be reproduced without permission. Product images, names, descriptions, and trademarks displayed on the Site remain the property of their respective Vendors and manufacturers.

Content on the Site, including any general information about sports equipment, fit, or usage, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, safety, or professional coaching advice. Always consult a qualified professional (such as a physician, athletic trainer, or equipment fitting specialist) regarding equipment suited to your specific needs, injury history, or physical condition.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Mirror Girl Sports does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirror Girl Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your reliance on product information displayed, or any transaction completed on a third-party Vendor's website.

The Site contains links to third-party Vendor websites and social media platforms. Mirror Girl Sports does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Mirror Girl Sports reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, including product listings, features, or these Terms, at any time without prior notice.
